Also remember to always exercise caution before entering into a binding agreement. Although professional service providers may not offer the lowest proposal, the old adage is especially true in this industry: You get what you pay for. A higher price often reflects a guarantee to meet your needs and a greater regard for your safety that cheaper services may not provide. |

This contract is priced to include total clearing of snow accumulations at the time of arrival. The customer is invoiced according to the depth of accumulated snow at the time and arrival of our service. The Per Push model basically comes down to pay-per-visit: You are billed for each time we visit to clear accumulated snow and ice. If you require us to make multiple visits during one day, you are billed multiple times. This level of service is best suited for areas that receive little or no snowfall.

This contract is priced according to a total clearing of snow accumulations during a 24-hour period. You are charged according to the total depth of ice and snow that we clear. This means that you are not billed separately if we must return multiple times to clear snow and ice during a large storm. For residential homes or commercial buildings with employees only, we will wait until the storm is over if it is a small storm. We do not follow this procedure for any establishment that has customers or tenants since it would be too much of a liability risk. We also do not wait for a large storm to end before we begin clean-up.

This contract determines a price for clearing total snow accumulations by tracking total hours spent by our crew at a site. Each person and piece of equipment will have a pre-determined price. The Per Hour contract will only benefit your business if you have an on-site supervisor that can direct the hourly employees, thus increasing efficiency. This contract requires a minimum fee and an additional travel time charge.

This contract is structured for all-inclusive services for each season. We calculate our price based upon a 3-year contract, which allows us to determine a fixed rate for each year. As in the Per Push model, we will visit as many times as are needed to clear accumulated snow and ice, but - similar to the Per Storm model - we do not charge per visit. The 3-year contract with an annual fixed rate is our most cost-effective option because it allows easier budgeting for both parties. Annual contracts run from December 1 to May 1. |
